Please note that failure to make the required payment on time may result in delays to the project schedule. Revisions and Additional Services

The fee agreed upon in the contract includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions, changes, or other services not covered by the initial agreement will be charged at the standard hourly rate and will be billed separately.

 

Liability

The Architect will provide services with due care, skill, and diligence, but cannot guarantee the functionality or aesthetic outcome of the design. Orbit-O-R will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the agreement or the services provided.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred up until the termination date.
